Principle：

High precision shaped wire rolling mill is suitable for rolling copper flat wire, brass flat wire, copper clad steel flat wire, stainless steel flat wire and other flat wire, shaped wire and square wire. With the wide use of flat wire, shaped wire and square wire, the requirement for rolling mill is getting higher and higher. The high speed and high precision are the main characteristics of high precision shaped wire rolling mill. Precision shaped wire rolling mill consists of four rolls arranged from top to bottom. Each roll is controlled by a servo motor to realize the roll movement (as shown in the figure). The production of wire rods of different sizes and shapes can be realized by the arrangement of rolls. Rolls can also be grooved to process wire rods of special cross-section materials
