Directly shows the graphs & dimensions of shaped products, tracking and automatically adjust the products’ quality & technical parameters any time. Adopting the precision traversing winding method. The whole machine equipped with PLC. Human-machine interface control. Designing the full production process control system, monitoring the equipment running status, faults in real time.

Advantage:

  • One pair of rollers can move in same direction or opposite directions, to make sure the whole rolling surface can be used, which can extend the roller’s life time and make compensation for the rollers’ side bend.

  • Each roller is equipped with the servo motor, to keep the rolling speed smooth and even.

  • Using the servo motor to adjust and control rollers’ distance.

  • Equipped with wire guidance which can be adjusted according to the dimension of wire size.

  • The rollers can be grooved to manufacture shaped wires.
