What is Shaped Metal Wire？
Regarding the metal wire, the most common cross section of the wire is round, square, rectangle or some other simple shapes. With the development of manufacturing industry, more and more complicated parts are required in the industry application. In order to produce high precision parts, the shaped metal wire is absolutely the best choice. The shaped wire have gone through a long evolution and it isn’t limited to a single shape. After the rolling machine, the metal wire can be rolled into many complex shapes. Therefore, we name the metal wire with irregular shapes as “shaped metal wire”.

Copper: 1. Round copper wires are rolled into rectangular or square shapes and then processed into Enameled wires.
- Copper wire is rolled into shape wire to make Trolley wires for running tracks on mobile devices.。

Stainless steel： 1. The diamond-shaped steel wire is obtained by rolling and then bended into Thread insert.
- The required shape is obtained by rolling and used for valve collet of internal combustion engine.
- Firstly round rolling flat, and then through the rolling mill rolling forming, used to make filter steel bar (triangular wire)
- Round wire is rolled into shaped wire and to make the zipper.
